Amplifying The Brand Experience Through Website Redesign

Del Frisco’s wanted to capture the DFRG brand essence for their guests with a redesign for Del Frisco’s Grille, Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steakhouse, Sullivan’s Steakhouse, and DFRG career websites while providing each of the brands with their unique look and feel.

I worked closely with our UX/CX team and Art Director to partnered with the client to design a flexible, UX-friendly, ADA compliant web template to maintain efficiencies across brands. Thoughtful copy and design treatments brought each restaurant site to life. A cohesive web style guide, extensive Q&A, ADA evaluation and user testing of development were also provided.

Through the creation of a new design system, content strategy, and technology framework, we completely transformed the brand digitally. As part of an overall initiative amplified by improved website CX, the restaurant reservation landing pages experienced lifts in traffic and the average time spent on the reservation page.
